Bed and Breakfast in Crillon le Brave
Isolated in the middle of the vineyards between Crillon le Brave and Bédoin, this house of more than 200 years is a magical place of tranquillity near the Mont Ventoux.
During the night, it is so quiet. Maybe, you will hear a fox's cry or a song of night's bird stopping the crickets noises.
Provence weather is special with temperature difference between day and night. Nights are fresh and during the day, in summer, it can be very hot. Thus, between lunch and the middle of the afternoon, you can go to the swimming pool or relax in the freshness of the house with a book of our library.
In Provence, it's always summer !
In the garden of 20 000 m², you can found lavanders, olive trees, truffle oaks, vineyards, fruit trees,and many flowers for smells and pleasure.
The natural and wild environment let us see a lot of birds (in french : mésanges, martinets et hirondelles, geais, loriots, huppes faciées, pinsons, hochequeues), ... and sometimes large raptors protected from the Mont Ventoux (in french : circaètes jean le blanc, faucon pèlerin, aigle royal).
In spring, the shepherd brings his sheeps and goats to grazethe grass in front of the house.
The property
At the time of its use, people of Crillon le Brave came to wash the laundry in the river.
The property is crossed by the old path from Crillon le brave to Mormoiron. Now, this path is impassable out of our property, because blocked by vegetation. Yet, we can imagine that this path was an important place for people at this time.
